In 1980 Jack Meagher introduced to the world of professional sports and therapists alike, a revolutionary massage technique that promised an extra 10% of performance and safety. His success with the MEAGHER METHOD is legendary. His principles of "exact cause" uncovered an area of sports problems long overlooked by the medical and veterinarian professions. The implications went far beyond the field of athletics.
In 1985, with his book BEATING MUSCLE INJURIES FOR HORSES, Jack Meagher made this knowledge and technique available to the equine world.
He had served the United States Equestrian 3 Day Event Team (Gold Medal) at the 1976 Olympics. Jack served the USET horses at driving Day Events both here in the United States and abroad. He also served NFL players represented by Professional Sports management, athletes of many sports, top horses around the world, and even royalty.
