E.A. Mattes products are made in Poland from select high quality materials. The raw skins for Mattes sheepskin products are selected by the company’s own specialists to ensure adherence to its strict standards. Once selected, they are dressed in the company’s own tannery and manufactured into finished goods in its manufacturing plant.

A cross between Suffolk and Merino Wool, they won’t “bottom out or collapse” with saddle and rider on top and while wool is simplythe best thing for your horse’s back, it eliminates shifting as well. Mattes has also added one layer of poly flex throughout the pad. The poly flex material helps retain the shape of the pad. Machine or Hand Washable.
