Pricing
At Bit of Britain, we strive daily to bring you the lowest regular price
(available or allowed) If you find one of our products available
either on line, in our catalog or in our store at a lower price, please
bring it to our attention within our 21 day Return/Price Guarantee
policy and we will gladly refund the difference. Please be sure you
have found an exact match of an in stock, regularly priced item at the
other store. Items on sale, clearance, out of stock, free with purchase
or any offer that includes a freight charge discount are not eligible
for this offer.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted.
Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
Bit of Britain does not accept returns for clearance, closeout or custom color/size items. Once opened, computer software is non-returnable.
If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Bit of Britain will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacture's warrantee.
For returns on items drop shipped from our vendors please contact us for return instructions since a Return Authorization Number may be required.
For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you (i.e. you ordered boots and received fly spray) please contact us for return instructions. Please contact the carrier (UPS etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
